Seattle Convening
January 28-30, 2025

Building on the success of the 2024 TIIPS4Wellbeing in Pécs, Hungary, we are excited to bring the same dynamic environment for global collaboration to the Seattle Convening. The October 2024 Convening saw notable partnerships between Seattle University, Farmer Frog, and the University of Pécs, with representation from diverse regions such as the China Confucius Center, the Marshall Islands, Australia, and the Netherlands.
This project aims to develop a user-friendly mobile application that enhances productivity and organization. Through intuitive design and seamless functionality, users can efficiently manage tasks, set reminders, and collaborate with team members.

The Seattle Convening is designed to take the next step in the development of the Pécs TIIPS4Wellbeing Convening and demonstrate the power of collaborative efforts. After the event, we will continue to foster the relationships and ideas that emerge, with the goal of implementing sustainable solutions.

Centered on our Helix Think Tank model, the event will showcase best practices for multi-sector collaboration. Participants will be encouraged to network through B2Match, fostering global connections to address holistic socio-ecological well-being as defined by the UN SDG Goals 2032.

The convening aims to transform ways of thinking, teaching, research, and learning to become more community-driven. This approach supports the concept of a "university without walls," driven by the sister city initiative for sustainable wellbeing.

The sister city initiative, a program that fosters partnerships between cities worldwide, aims to promote peace and strengthen local communities through cultural, educational, and economic exchanges.
